Improvement and Satisfaction Money Back Guarantee on First Month of Memberships: We understand that choosing a new coach and committing to monthly membership is a difficult decision. We are about quality coaching and are confident in our skills (most people look us up because they know someone we've worked with). No other coaches we know of offer a guarantee on their memberships like we do*. You join as a member and you want to improve right?... so if you don't improve then what is the point in paying???? We actually wouldn't want to charge you if you didn't improve, it just wouldn't feel right. As such if you don't improve then you get money back**.
* Monthly memberships only. Other services like courses and one off sessions not included. This is due to the nature of regular training being our goal for athletes as apposed to singular or short events.

WELLBEING: Before everything else the young athlete's wellbeing comes first (even before burning sport ambition). The coach will ensure the environment is safe for every child physically and in a way that allows individuals to express themselves, ask questions, carry out their session and learn. There is a zero tolerance approach to any form of discrimination, abuse and bullying.
PROVEN EFFECTIVNESS: The training will be designed with its effectiveness in mind from a qualified coach that understands the right type of training needed. Fun and enjoyment are key but our athletes are competitive and want to see improvements and as such training will be focused on being safe and effective first and foremost.
NATIONAL / REGIONAL SELECTION OR PRO CONTRACT: Many athletes we work with gain selection to higher level teams and squads. This sometimes means that you start to train regular with the new squad meaning you can't continue with us either at all or with the same frequency. If you can't continue that's ok... it means we have done our job. We will wish you luck and support you and if you are owed sessions you can defer, donate or get a refund on them.
KNOW EACH INDIVIDUAL: We will learn your child's name and their individualities. It might take a little while if there is a bombardment of new faces all at once, but we aim to treat each athlete as an individual and call by name.
FORBEARANCE: We will do the right thing by you and we are in for the long-run. An example of this is that while many gyms and clubs kept billing customers through the COVID pandemic or insisted their clients do video sessions with no option of pausing payments... we never billed or took any sessions away from any of our athletes for periods they did not want to do. If something unexpected comes up we will do our best to look after you.
ACT IN BEST INTEREST: We will be 100% committed to acting in the best interest of YOU the athlete without fear or favor. Any recommendations we make will be based on what is best for YOU and not 'upselling' or pushing things on you.
TRUTH: We will tell you the truth no matter how uncomfortable it may be. There are no shortcuts to success and we must be honest so that we know exactly where we are and the points to improve.
POSITIVITY: We will promote a positive, challenging and 'can do' environment in our sessions. We do this to promote an environment that develops confidence in our young athletes. Happy and confident young athletes contribute to a more 'can do' environment.
NO FADS OR SALES PITCHES FOR MIRACLE METHODS: The key component to sessions is safety and effectiveness typically seen in our 'technical style' where we ensure every rep of every exercise is safe and meaningful. We promise our sessions will be based on safe and effective methods and will not contain 'fads', fitness 'trends', 'buzzwords', gimmicks or any ludicrous or audacious claims selling a singular solution to all problems.
COMPLETE YOUR SESSION: If you need extra time to finish your program the coach will make reasonable adjustments to assist you to finish the session. Also if the young athlete needs to leave at a given time there will be no consequences or punishments.
NO FOUL LANGUAGE: The young athlete sessions will be free from foul language. Young athletes will be reminded about their conduct and cautioned when needed.
SUPPORT PARENTS: We believe that parents are a major player in the development of a young athlete. If parents have any comments, questions or concerns these will either be addressed within the session or if time is short we will be available for a phone call later. We believe in a 'door is always open' policy and encourage all types of questions and feedback to learn, grow and get better.
STICK TO WHAT WE KNOW: The coach will not to exceed their competence, expertise and qualifications in any aspect of any services and always work within the scope of practice. I.e our services are non-medical so we won't do any medical examinations or offer medical advice.
PRIVACY: We are committed to privacy and protection of your data. We will not share any of your personal data without either your consent or a legal need to do so. If you want to view any of your data we have you are free to do so, simply ask us and we will show you.
HELP YOU WITH YOUR TRAINING DATA: In many cases our coaching comes with a smartphone app where you can access and maintain records of your programme development, training and assessment activities, alterations to programmes and any comments made. No information on you is secret if you need training or advice on how to use the app we promise to make time to help you.
INSURED: As part of our commitment to safety we maintain full and appropriate insurance cover for any services we provide.
WE WILL LISTEN TO YOU: As well as promoting a 'growth mindset' to our young athletes we also commit to this in our business and coaching activities. We understand that there is no such thing as 'perfect' in every situation for every athlete and understand we may fall short every now and then. In order to improve we need to know about any shortfalls so we can learn. We promise that if a parent or a young athlete has a comment, question or concern we make time to listen and discuss these.
